About our Fellowship Program:
Our Fellowship Program is an ideal opportunity for co-op students and recent college graduates looking to get real-world working experience to discover a career path that’s right for you. This full-time six-month program (from July through December) is a mini version of our Management Development Program, allowing students the chance to get their foot in the door of Curriculum Associates, the fastest growing company in the edtech industry.
For the first three months, you’ll work on one of our onboarding teams where you’ll learn the ins and outs of the business from your colleagues, industry leaders, our customers, and even our CEO. For the final half of the program, you’ll be placed in a rotation program and join a team (e.g., People Operations, Marketing, Finance, and so on) that interests you, working on impactful projects to help the department reach their goals.
This program will build your knowledge and skills so you can succeed in your career from the start. And, for graduates, this is also a chance to secure a full-time role if a slot on your preferred team is available.
About our Tech Co-op Program:
As a Curriculum Associates co-op, you’ll accomplish meaningful work and be exposed to different aspects of software development as you grow your engineering career. In this program, you’ll be placed on (and become an integral part of) a team composed of people from many groups such as UX/UI designers, project managers, content writers, and technical producers, while also being part of a larger community including your peers of other co-ops and interns.
Curriculum Associates is dedicated to helping you gain the skills and experience you want by pairing you with targeted projects. Some examples of projects you can work on are developing features that directly benefit our users, ensuring code quality testing, and taking ownership of designing and implementing engineering solutions to enhance our products.
Starting with smaller assignments to understand our tools and processes, you’ll work to ramp-up to more complicated, larger assignments as you learn and apply your skills.
About our Management Development Program:
The Management Development Program?(MDP)?is an elite three-year rotational program designed to develop future?leaders in?education, technology, and business. In this program, you’ll work across a variety of departments and functions, contributing to highly visible initiatives where you can make an impact during your first year. These departments include but are not limited to: Marketing; Professional Development; Operations; Product Management; and Educator Support.
By combining these dynamic rotations with close mentorship and coaching from the company’s leadership team, the MDP allows you to build skills across a diverse set of core competencies, preparing you for your professional career or to pursue your MBA.
