Old school way of running business and not willing to engage with employees for advise.
Yes we are undervalued as many at Curvature have 20 plus years of experience however, individuals that should be promoted to leadership mostly like are.
The problem is we have no culture. If you know someone you move up and if you don't you are stuck. There is a lot of talk of willingness to listen but at the end "they" know best.
Working with fabulous customers. I really enjoy that aspect of my job. The issue is the company acts like a 35 year old startup always waiting for issues to arise rather than being proactive with processes and procedures.
