Freedom to own your position.
The open door policy, consensus to promote professional growth from within, feeling of inclusion and from the top down a a value to make work not only fun but fulfilling.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
None of it is the Best in the industry but all together it totals a great package.
Free medical insurance and fully funded deductible.
Our benefit package is unheard of from our medical plan options to PTO and 401k match. We are offered a medical plan that Curve chose to cover COMPLETELY at cost to the company for employees and all dependents.

Ability to do our jobs.
Everyone has the same goal to help the company grow and succeed.
All around good people who care about one another and are excited to collaborate cross-departmentally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management cares about the employees and their families.
We tend to have a lot of fun at the office, especially around the holidays.
The authentic consensus that we are taken care of! Ideas are always welcomed no matter the title or position of a team member. Free snacks and annual team building events are a plus too.

How comfortable they made me feel.
They take the time to tell me about the company and transparent about compensation.
Admin and hiring managers have a process, make you feel comfortable from the first introduction, are organized and communicate clearly throughout the process.
