Executive Bio

Amanda Orson is a veteran founder, advisor, and investor in startups.

Currently she serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Curve US, responsible for leading their expansion in the United States. Curve, a London-headquartered payments fintech, has 3M customers in the UK and EU and recently released their product to their first beta customers in the US.

She’s also an advisor to Gauss Ventures, a fintech-centric venture capital firm.

Prior to Curve Amanda built, led, and sold several companies in the mobile app and advertising space; including Content Watch Inc (makers of Net Nanny) and EngineerJobs.com, the largest engineering jobs board on the internet at the time.

Amanda is a 2003 graduate of The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina, where she was the first woman to command a battalion of cadets.
