
Benefits are expensive. But I think that is a national problem and not something a mid-sized company can control.
Being appreciated. Free food does't take the place of positive reinforcent from leadership
Only the execs (Mostly men) make the big bucks.

Poor pay, very bad benefits. No over time pay
No matter how you may go above and beyond, employees are not valued. Management is worked to the bone with little to no recognition.

Yes I feel undervalued. I would feel better being paid the industry standard rate for my position and receiving more than a 1% raise
