Everyone is miserable. The morale needs to be improved drastically.
People care deeply about the quality of work they deliver.
No micromanagement. In most positions tasks can be completed in an 8 hour day. If you need to take care of something during the day or need a couple hours off you can do so by informing your manager. Small team building events are held regularly at the main office.
5pm on Fridays and any paid holidays.

Huge turnover from top down, little to no value of its employees, unfair pay. Instead of the owner showing off his billion dollar cars, invest in your employees who work very hard to keep you rich. Let your employees reap the benefits and tell them you value them then show it by paying them fairly.
