Very simple questions...generic at best.

Again, new leadership....employees need to feel valued and not fearful of losing their jobs.

Paying attention to the changing trends of the industry and not just the extensive car collection stored there

Very nice hardworking people. However, when issues arise, there is no where to go. HR is non existent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No matter how you may go above and beyond, employees are not valued. Management is worked to the bone with little to no recognition.
