Again, new leadership....employees need to feel valued and not fearful of losing their jobs.

Huge turnover from top down, little to no value of its employees, unfair pay. Instead of the owner showing off his billion dollar cars, invest in your employees who work very hard to keep you rich. Let your employees reap the benefits and tell them you value them then show it by paying them fairly.
