I have seen how similar companies are run and treat their people. The Custom team is honest and does right by people.

Benefits are expensive. But I think that is a national problem and not something a mid-sized company can control.

We have the most talented people on our team, especially compared to the competition.
The employees for the most part are hard workers and great people. They're just terrified of the CEO and the VP's

the executives try to bring good change to the company and its employees but the owner rarely incorporates any of their ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care deeply about the quality of work they deliver.
No micromanagement. In most positions tasks can be completed in an 8 hour day. If you need to take care of something during the day or need a couple hours off you can do so by informing your manager. Small team building events are held regularly at the main office.
5pm on Fridays and any paid holidays.

Both Manager and Technology Lead made the interview process made it comfortable and exciting to work for Custom Computer Specialists.
