Misleading people into thinking it's a great company.....it's not. It's sneaky, secretive and misleading. A statement heard from leadeeship on a daily basis "don't tell (this person) I said this but....."

They need to improve face to face interaction and not say things (behind your back) to your boss without speaking to you first
The CEO needs to stop being sneaky, misleading, and unprofessional. He runs the company in an extremely immature manner.
I would tell the CEO not to lie to potential new employees. And not bait and switch them into a job and then changing job responsibilities.
CEO is clueless about how to market hospice and cannot see that hospice marketing is completely different than home health marketing.
