What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the ability to cooperate with interesting professional beings of note.
They are good and dedicated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Misleading people into thinking it's a great company.....it's not. It's sneaky, secretive and misleading. A statement heard from leadeeship on a daily basis "don't tell (this person) I said this but....."

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my talent is being underused for the potential I believe I have to enact change on a global and private scale.

What are some of the best things about your team?
While they lack diverse cohesive communication skills. They’ve developed a system that works for their needs. While it benefits them, I find myself predisposed to idility while waiting for others to unders
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve face to face interaction and not say things (behind your back) to your boss without speaking to you first
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a health care workplace, I take pride in providing aggregate quality healthcare for all past and future patients.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The CEO needs to stop being sneaky, misleading, and unprofessional. He runs the company in an extremely immature manner.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Watching the candidate display emotions of tenacious eagerness or willing submissiveness and everything in between.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would tell the CEO not to lie to potential new employees. And not bait and switch them into a job and then changing job responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my projects get traction. I like to basque in the afterglow of indirect power.
Learning new things everyday being able to help others in need and being with co workers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO is clueless about how to market hospice and cannot see that hospice marketing is completely different than home health marketing.
