Its based on my sales, so the better i do, the better pay is!

Money and commission are the best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all but I do think that since this is a $250B company maybe $50 for doing a demo could be entertained especially for the kids that are just starting out

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody's really friendly and pretty motivating of each other, wanting each other to excel and do good even though we are in a sort of competition it doesn't ever feel that way.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager just because he was so motivating and thorough
They gave info to paint the picture of what the work was like and gave training at every step of the hiring process, so by the time i was hired i was already making sales.
