This company has taken a lazy, community college student, living with their parents at 22 and working at McDonalds and transforming me into a leader who develops people to have self confidence and significance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the positive impact I will have on myself, customers and the people I get to work with. Every day is easy to see glimpses of a great legacy that I want to leave behind.
