What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know my superiors are available for me at any time. I am also trusted to make decisions and work independently. Communication is valued and needed without the requirement of multiple daily meetings.
Their willingness to hear everybody's thoughts and ideas and have a meaningful dialogue.
Honest, highly focused on customers and extremely innovative. They create and foster a company culture that fosters employee and customer success.

It is fair and inclusive
Unlimited Vacation and the ability to buy shares.
My compensation package is highly competitive and generous.

Compensation on par with the area.

Great contributors across all teams and departments. Bright people who are willing to put in the work. The people make the challenges more manageable.

The teams and individuals that I work with on a day-to-day basis are exceptional. They keep me coming back.
