What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commision & unlimited PTO

I think the unlimited PTO is a great addition because it gives us the ability to take some time for ourselves when it is needed, but it also reminds us to work hard when we are on the clock so that taking time off is that much more rewarding!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Support teams are expected to work 24/7 without fair compensation and will be berated if they try to set healthy work boundaries

What are some of the best things about your team?
I think everyone is very friendly and welcoming. As a newer employee, I have felt very welcome and accepted since my first day. We definitely are a younger team which is awesome because everyone seems mesh so well!

Culture is one of my personal favorite parts of Cybba. It's a very work-hard/play-hard type of mentality and love that we get rewarded for doing well.

My Interviewer actually reached out to me about a brand new role in a brand new department Cybba had created, and the role was tailored in a way to my skillset and what I was looking for.
