What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is one of my personal favorite parts of Cybba. It's a very work-hard/play-hard type of mentality and love that we get rewarded for doing well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a nice mix of hands-on and hands-off - employees really have the ability to forge their own path while always having their leaders for support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a female, payment equality is very important to me and I love that Cybba pays employees well overall and that women make up a large percentage of our top earners.
