Joshua Siegel — Chief Financial Officer at CyberArk Software Ltd.

Mr. Joshua Siegel, also known as Josh, has been Chief Financial Officer of Cyber-Ark Software Ltd. since May 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Siegel has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mellanox Technologies TLV Ltd. since December 2005 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Siegel served as the Chief Financial Officer at Voltaire, Inc. from December 2005 to February 2011 and as Director of Finance and then Vice President of Finance from April 2002 to December 2005. Prior to this, from April 2002 to December 2005, Mr. Siegel served as Director of Finance and then, he served as its Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Voltaire, from 2000 to 2002, he served as Vice President of Finance at KereniX Networks Ltd., a terabit routing and transport system company. From 1995 to 2000, he served in various positions at Lucent Technologies Networks Ltd., including a Controller and Treasurer. Prior to Lucent Technologies Networks Ltd., from 1990 to 1995, he served in various positions at SLM Corporation (Sallie Mae -- Student Loan Marketing Association), including a Director of Corporate Finance, Credit, Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management. Mr. Siegel holds a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
