I love seeing my ideas become reality...and quickly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity is great, but my base pay is what I am most happy with. I feel very well compensated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO and CMO (the executive leaders I have the most interaction with) are not risk-averse. They push me to try new marketing campaigns and are always encouraging of my ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team grew rapidly, but somehow also jived together rapidly. We work efficiently and although we're still figuring out the right team meeting cadence, I feel very in the loop without needing to write or sit through constant status updates.
