The leadership team expects excellence and they lead by example. The cybersecurity industry is very competitive and it requires the team to be focused. At the same time, the team hires really talented people and it is helping to shape the type of company we are becoming. We will dominate the market.

culture (it's toxic), honesty/transparency, treating people right.

Managing. They don't believe in making decisions or empowering anyone to make decisions.
Executing instead of talking and never doing. They also need to stop making empty promises just to avoid answering a question. Also hire a new CTO, CMO, and CRO
