I enjoy my job role and its nice to be working closely with my teammates within my department. I also feel that my input is valued by my supervisors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that everyone works towards a clear goal with clear methods. Everything is organized and structured very well so that if something comes up, we know precisely how to improve.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting with all of the various department heads and learning about each of their teams' individual goals. It gave me a better overview of the purpose of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While everyone has clearly defined roles, people go out of their way to not only help others, but to get to know them - they don't just stick to their own department.
