What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, approachable, innovative, ethical, helpful
A pretty flat organization with a hands on management team. The open floor plan at headquarters reflects how approachable the leadership team is.
I am thankful to work with a leadership team that appreciates input, inspires confidence, and fosters creativity, all while keeping a fun and lively environment.

Very fair. Very broad. Very affordable.

Work well together, array of skillsets
In general, the team members are always willing to step in and help with whatever problems we are trying to solve. Even if it is not their specific area of expertise.
Work together across departmental lines to solve problems.
The ability to adapt to sudden problems

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really listen to the employees
Everyone generally seems to care about one another. We're all in this together!
Coworkers are fun. We get a lot done.
The company culture is casual and not stressful

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were willing to have candid conversations and were very clear about expectations and company culture.
It was a thorough process
I enjoyed meeting with all of the various department heads and learning about each of their teams' individual goals. It gave me a better overview of the purpose of the company.

the ability to choose what projects I want to work on
The people I work with and knowing that we are making an impact in our industry.
Finishing tasks that are part of a project
I enjoy my job role and its nice to be working closely with my teammates within my department. I also feel that my input is valued by my supervisors.
