What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Hologic executive team has no idea how to run a for-cash franchise. Their answer to everything is cut jobs jobs jobs, realign the sales team, rah rah rah Cyno 2.0 - I'm lucky so far. If maybe they learned how the aesthetics market actually worked, they'd make the numbers needed to keep people on
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great comp and benefits with company.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team WAS the best. Then it was shattered in the last round of EXTENSIVE layoffs. Sales was absolutely brutalized.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone's scared they're going to get axed. Figure out how the market works and be loyal to your loyal people. There is 0.00% reason that people WHO SELL are being let go.
