That they are adding more females to the team
Great place to work with great people
Understanding life in the chapter and being more strategic with changes. Change everything seems to be the direction. There is no consistency in important processes.

Healthcare non proft=great benefits. Flexibility
Good wages and ability to move up
I don't feel undervalued regarding compensation as much as how chapter staff and especially executive directors are treated and threatened. Chapters are 100% responsible for all maters of the foundation not just their departmental ones.

Chapters and fundraising does not get heard. They ask but do their own thing regardless of the recommendations.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was very long ago, but I talked with 6 people separately. Also I applied for one job, was told I would be interviewing for a different position, then was ultimately offered yet a different job. I would not want to do that again.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am part of team working towards a worthy goal
