What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is accessible and treats people well, you are able to build relationships with them and talk like friends. They also inspire confidence in the company and our future.
My direct manager listens to me and hears me out, she is always there when I need her and I know she has my back

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very focused on getting to know each other and being personally connected, as well as supporting each others initiatives and being a team player.
My team is very supportive and always looking for ways to better connect with each other and support positive initiatives in the company.
We communicate really well and work together so fluidly even though we are all far apart
