Overlooking their staff at plant level.

I only like the salary payment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The high level of discrimination among staff when it comes to compensation, remuneration and career development. The top management focus on themselves and people working directly with them. worse case scenario is to find yourself working in one of their plants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardworking, Innovate and collaborative. They are resourceful and ready to get work done.
