Not much you try and explain a situation and they say that’s a production issu
They are approachable and will make time for you if needed.

My manager is so lazy dont want to do his job

Pay and benefits are good
The pay is better than competition and they offer a decent 401k contribution.

People are usually nice to each other and there isnt many problems.
My co worker are so sweet. And we all pull our own weight

Role over board and correct shift change meeting.
Better communication and having more respect for the people on the floor with the experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don’t really have to talk to anyo
Its a competitive yet safe environment with peoole helping and pushing each other to meet production standards.
Good hours. Have every other weekend off
