We are passionate about giving back to our community! Our charity initiative Pay It Forward is based on a simple premise: asking someone to repay your kindness by doing a good deed for someone else.
Most importantly we aim to do right by our people, clients and anyone else we may interact with. One of the ways we do this is by educating our people on modern slavery so that they can be aware of the issues surround it and let us know if they suspect there may be any form of slavery going on in our supply chain. We stand firm against all forms of modern slavery and regularly vet our suppliers to ensure they share our ethics on this issue. We also aim to be kind to our planet by working with charities and suppliers who share our love for sustainability.
All Darwin People globally are encouraged and empowered to get involved in a wide range of charitable activities from sporting events to baking to volunteering. Each year we aim to top our fundraising efforts by selecting a new charity together and coming up with an exciting challenge that everyone can get involved with. Whether it’s partaking in our annual challenge or something more personal, all our people are offered an additional day’s leave for fundraising or volunteering, and charity matching.
