What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership team. Best in the business
They are family. They grew up in the industry so they understand the highs and the lows. They understand that mistakes made are lessons learned. And I love them for that
It is refreshing to come to a place and know that your CEO, President and VP's are working along side of you to ensure that the mission of the company remains steadfast.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dash allows me the ability to be an entrepreneur utilizing the company relationships with corporate partnerships as well as the latest technology in my industry.

We respect one another's individual goals and share knowledge as we learn it with each other to make us a stronger team all together . We're tight !
At Dash Radio, we have collected some of the preeminent talent in the industry. We have the luxury of being able to consult with over 100 years of collective radio experience in one building.
everyone's very passionate about their job, always is willing to help, advise. Everyone is also doing something else on the side, which brings a lot of talent to the table
We have little to no regular team conflict-everyone is pretty focused on the same goals.
Truly a team that supports each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The growth mentality . Also that they treat everyone like a CEO. Even the CEO treats us like a CEO . Dream come true for real !
Having fun while doing what we are passionate about!
Independent thought is fostered. Creativity is encouraged and nurtured.
A positive environment requires positive attitude and the team at Dash achieves this with ease. Every member of the team is ready to help with anything and no member is difficult to talk to. This keeps stress levels low and allows positivity to flow.
The environment is stern in work load but also very relaxed at the same time. Everyone had their breaks, and the physical environment is extremely comfortable/positive to be around. I’ve worked in much much worse!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being in the entertainment industry, it is imperative that the company culture allows the team to be creative and provide the tools to ensure high quality programming.
Nothing. The environment is amazing and the only thing that could be better is an onsite shower. ha.

What makes you most happy at work?
You never know who you will come thru the doors at Dash Radio. Each day is different and provides new challenges to overcome. Building a new company is an exciting, fun and sometimes stressful endeavor, but it is what drives each employee to perform at a high level.
doing what I am good at, which is picking and choosing the best music in my genre.
Our camaraderie is good. We're all genuinely fans of each other.
Love what we do in radio
Easily the team. The team is an invaluable part of the companies growth and having a team as great as the Dash team makes every day at work an enjoyable experience.
