The employees mostly, and going to a positive safe place to spend the majority of my day.

Our leadership team is extremely patient and always reachable. They’re always ready to assist with anything and everything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monetary value is of course important, but what’s greatest about Dash is the opportunity attached to working with innovative next level employees, learning more and growing as employees and people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is stern in work load but also very relaxed at the same time. Everyone had their breaks, and the physical environment is extremely comfortable/positive to be around. I’ve worked in much much worse!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works as just that, a team. If one of us fails, we all fail, including the CEO. If one of us wins, we all win, again, including the CEO. That’s why DASH is so next level.
