What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Middle management has a lot of manual and urgent tasks which takes time away from working on a more strategic approach
manage down culture needs to change, tech is great, but wont last forever. Lack of client engagement and support will not pay dividends

it was extremely transparent and people were really smart
