What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listeniing to the general employee population. Your employees are individuals who pride themselves in their work ethic and job performance. They are usually the first ones to recognize issues that can and will jeopardize the integrity of a company, whether through QC of products or QC of Leadership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?New Leadership over North America. A hard look into the actions of the current CEO/GM of NA needs to happen. Many questionable decisions being made by that Leadership and in turn . Numbers are being manipulated to try to justify his actions. Vitally crucial employees are being lost/run off.
