They are usually the first ones to recognize issues that can and will jeopardize the integrity of a company, whether through QC of products or QC of Leadership.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    New Leadership over North America. A hard look into the actions of the current CEO/GM of NA needs to happen. Many questionable decisions being made by that Leadership and in turn . Numbers are being manipulated to try to justify his actions. Vitally crucial employees are being lost/run off.
