How does Dataprise handle HR issues?
Dataprise generally engages the right people to resolve any HR related issues. Their policies are fair and balance to protect staff and the company. The HR department does a good job with communicating with staff. However, there were occasions when issues between employees and management were mishandle and not appropriately managed. This left the staff feeling that HR had taken the side of management.
