What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're working hard to improve the business as a whole.
They are out of touch
Very innovative. Strong company culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Poor. Better outlook, and planning. Stop living off JM and actually make money.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that my compensation is completely fair, if not more than reasonable, for my job position.
Relatively low costs for good medical/dental/vision.
One of the top 10 companies to retire from. The benefits are unmatched!!! Amazing!!!

Pay more we work hard
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are a team, and we work together. We believe there is no I in Team. Communication and hard work working together is the most effective way to complete any job.
Everyone contributes to the collective success of the department.
Very collaborative. Again, company culture is so awesome. Unlike any company I have ever worked for!!

Better pay and better benefits

Empathy is core. We are encouraged to be innovative and take risks!

They need to stop mirco-managing
