Mr. James L. Eliason, also known as Jim, has been Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Treasurer of Datawatch Corporation since April 23, 2013. Mr. Eliason leads all aspects of the Datawatch financial strategy and operations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Desktone, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Eliason served as Vice President of Finance of Empirix Inc., since October 2004 and also served its Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2008. He has financial management and operational expertise with high-growth software companies. He is a pivotal asset. He has 20 years of financial and operational experience and also in corporate finance, investor relations, sales operations, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and information technology. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Qvidian Corporation. He served senior finance positions with Narad Networks, Inc. and Silverstream Software, Inc. He served for four years at Arthur Anderson & Company in the audit practice and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Eliason has B.S. in Accounting from Providence College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Bentley College.
