What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and take action - on ideas, suggestions, and to fix problems when they arise.
Transparent, trusting, smart. Allows team to innovate and push boundaries.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The new company bonus. We just started this year and we've exceeded our goals for the first 2 quarters that we've had it. It keeps us all aligned, and we're succeeding.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we embrace our open-source community. I enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in our home country and that we get to hire the best people from anywhere in the world. I work with so many interesting and intelligent people, and I feel like it makes us a better team.

I got to meet all of the people I'd be working with as well as some of the senior management team.
