My teammates and manager are great to work with, and I can take real ownership of my work and have impact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team communicates incredibly effectively, and takes retrospective and post-mortem ceremonies very seriously. The goal is continuous improvement, while not punishing individual team members for mistakes or failure.
