They are transparent, and constantly invite the input of the organization to shape their decisions and strategy.

Listening to their employees, not constantly changing direction on what they think is the next big thing

401k matching and a top-line health care plan are both more than one would expect from a company at this stage.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team communicates incredibly effectively, and takes retrospective and post-mortem ceremonies very seriously. The goal is continuous improvement, while not punishing individual team members for mistakes or failure.
