Overall it has had its good and its bad, like most jobs. The company and the employers do not just offer you things just based on your employment, but you are rewarded based on how long you stay, your own personal drive, and your loyalty to the company. It can be difficult, but has made me bettter.

I like best that they not only push their employees to work hard, but they push each other as well.

Everybody works hard to achieve common and individual goals. For the most part, they are responsive when I need them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can be happy anywhere I work. However, my favorite thing about working in my position is the autonomy I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a mix of positive and negative culture. The most positive parts are the incentives to work hard and trust from the management team.
