Mostly young and outgoing group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Primarily work outside alone so that is a nice perk.

The manager has since left the company but we remain friends to this day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less now than I did at a previous job. I have more experience and responsibility but less pay.
