Leadership team acts with a ridiculous air of superiority that makes the employees day difficult.The sound very arrogant. Always talking about all the jewelry they own.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company expects the employees to babysit Mr. Yurman's mother. Sometimes she visits the store and scares customers away. Is a jewelry store..not a senior citizens center

The team is good...but it could be better.

The people and culture , customer foccus
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Their attitudes. Most of them seem to starve to be promoted and that's all they think about. They look at everyone as a competition.No time to be friendly to one another..just diplomatic and fake. Uncomfortable place to work for those who are really interested in giving good customer service.
No longer feel comfortable working there as some members make you feel unstable is you look better or belong to a different culture.

Arrogant attitudes/Superiority complexes from leaders. Looking down at employees if they are not wearing David Yurman Jewelry.
