What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how much they actually care about the residents and come to the facility and visit to see what they can approved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect employees and the customers
take care of the employees needs
They need a more solid training program. They need to be more invested in what there job is. And my Supervisor's Attendance really needs work. She repeatedly was on the clock and wasn't even in the facility.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits are so bad and they do not value their employees and they can start by changing the benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
If someone need help doing something any department is willing to help as much as they can. Everybody looks out for one another to get the job done.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There wasn't a lot of diversity in the workforce at the facility I was working in. It made me feel left out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The residents show you love for taking care of them! It gives you a good feeling to know you actually making someone life easier.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diverse people from different backgrounds
