Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hirer all if us back and pay us our right rate of pay
I work around the whole country fixing the stores I'm always on the road but I don't have any medical aid because I'm not paid well. The store coordinator gets paid far more than me but I'm the one who does more than it. It's very painful
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work on the travel team and we love our job its fun we look forward to going to work and meeting people
We are always dedicated in our work. We try by all means to things that will enhance the image of our company
