What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and communicative.
They're willing to show you the correct way
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
on boarding was done improperly and now I have no pay check
Stop trying to shortcut contractual work in order to profit.
Everything is crap and they may not pay us
It's all about the profit and not safety, family or training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's at or above market and I feel as though I can have open discussions with my manager about pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a job and knowing I will get paid
I'm just a person making money for this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people with good intentions.
Everyone is committed! The company is not "corporate" and we focus on the work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We no longer have a job
Act like adults instead of little children.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Holiday meals brought togetherness and humbleness
Project Manager is always helpful.

Get the corrupt management out immediately
They closed the doors on a Friday and people were still working out of state
Nobody cares about their job. There are no consequences.
