It's fair and supported by the agency
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was paid below market value and consistently had to work 45+ hour weeks. HR told me I was being paid at market value, but I've spoken to others in my position at over 8 different companies and seen data online that shows otherwise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is strong. Very positive. Sometimes overworked or not working as smart as they could, instead pushing through something they could take 5-10 minutes to think about and optimize for a quicker solution.
We all work together like family

Nothing for the time being but perhaps hotter coffee in the morning
