What do you like best about the leadership team?
The knowledge and help they supply. The open door policy is great
Very helpful and available, they go above and beyond
They are extremely open and receptive to all ideas, thoughts, comments, etc. It is definitely an open door policy here which is refreshing.
They roll up their sleeves and engage with the ENTIRE workforce.
