How employees describe working at DecoPac, Inc.
I've worked here for 4 years so far having applied for promotion several times and turned down at every opportunity being told to "not be discouraged". If you plan on working here I hope you either become a favorite quickly or leave after a few paychecks.
It's a great company to work for. I have never had any issues with co-workers or managers. The owner is a nice guy. Can't say anything negative about Decopac.
