I love the team. They are family friendly and will do everything possible to help you succeed.

I have health, dental, vision, you name it I have it.

The team is small but to make up for the size we all have ample knowledge concerning our jobs
Everyone helps out when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Often to cover up our lack of competitive pay they will give the employees cake and or pizza
No drama, everyone works and has similar goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Simple interview. Nothing special. Would recommend studying on what Decopac is and what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to relax while working. No stress. Makes things flow smoothly.
