What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a great vision and are working towards the same. Also their people focus is something commendable, they care for every employee in Deem. I have never seen an executive team speaking about employee well-being above profit/customers.

I am paid as per market standards and we bet bonus on top of the market standard pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Deem are one of my top reasons for being here. It's a very collaborative, friendly, talented group of people.
Compassion and team work. If you need a support there will be a lot of colleagues of yours who voluntarily step-in for you. Deem team make you feel it is a family, not just a working team.

The people-centric approach in everything Deem does. There is a lot of emphasis on employee learning & development and some real investment in employee growth.
