The equity in the business
I love the Uber credit. I can use it on both Uber Eats and Taxi services which not only gives me the service at a discount, it encourages me to use the platform too.
Solid base pay, RSUs are good as well.
Health insurance and Navia benefits
50% 401k match, monthly Uber credits, health and wellness benefits
the uniqueness of my role is not captured/aligned to the market
I would feel better if my compensation was based on cost of living in my area. My worth to the company should be at least worth keeping me alive and my rent paid.
Compensation is not specific to the job and qualifications aligned with the market. Also, they consider LA to be the same cost of labor as cities like Dallas and Chicago, in which there is a significant difference in the cost of living.
I'm not appropriately aligned to my role, and my job description and salary don't match my daily responsibilities/skills.
I see some teams or department are paid above market average or tech market average however some department outside of Sales and operations are under the market average

remote work. forcing people into an office on anchor days doesn't lead to a collaborative environment. If people don't want to be in the office, there is resentment about being here it can create an unfavorable environment.
