I like the fact that they conduct weekly calls to keep a check on your mental health and know about your workload. There are no working weekends, and the work life balance is considered very important and serious.

The unity and zest with which they work together. The team building activities are fun, the brainstorming sessions are effective, and the colleagues are very supportive. They never think of individual growth but as a team they work together towards a vision
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the support the colleagues provide you with.There is no negative criticism, only positive feedback through which you get to learn a lot of things. The seniors address all issues without any issues and properly ask you what challenges you are facing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are experienced people and know well how to deal with difficult situations. They train you and prepare you for challenges that you may have to face and you will know effectively how to proceed further. They always want the team to succeed and their leadership is quite effective.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process tests your basic skills to ensure that you are the right person for the job. It is not so long but not so short either. They make sure you have the right skill set so that in the future, the work flows smoothly. You will know within 2-3 weeks whether you are in or not.
